Aegis Living Ravenna combines the elegance of the 19th-century Opera House in Ravenna, Italy, with the charm of an Italian inn and the earthy tones of the Tuscan landscape, seamlessly blending them with contemporary Northwest design. The design team thoughtfully curated every detail to foster comfort, connection, and a sense of belonging for residents.

The design integrates spaces that promote relaxation and well-being, featuring manicured gardens, lush landscaping, and intimate indoor and outdoor areas. It includes 82 apartment-style assisted living units, along with a secure memory care unit. Cozy common areas, activity rooms, and wellness spaces were meticulously crafted to enhance both functionality and beauty.

Distinctive features, such as a wine cave, a large wood-fired pizza oven, and a full-size gondola set in a sunlit courtyard, evoke the charm of a Mediterranean escape. These elements blend seamlessly with contemporary layouts that cater to the needs of assisted living and memory care residents.

The interior design incorporates rich textures, a warm color palette, and architectural details inspired by Italian craftsmanship. Custom finishes and carefully selected materials harmonize aesthetics with functionality, creating a luxurious yet approachable environment.

Aegis Living Ravenna redefines senior living by blending exceptional care with a beautifully crafted environment. It captures the timeless charm of its namesake city while staying deeply rooted in the spirit of its Seattle neighborhood.
